Waahli is an artist-musician of Haitian descent based in Montreal. He is a member of the Hip Hop super-group Nomadic Massive, following the release of his 1st solo album Black Soap in 2018. Waahli toured the United States and Europe.

In summer 2020, he released Soap Opera, an excellent EP, mixing Hip-Hop, Haitian and Afro-Caribbean influences. His EP, Soap Opera, has charted #1 in the National Hip Hop Chart: Earshot in the month of October 2020.

His first single, pronounced Blee- Yay Sah in English, ''Bliye Sa'' means ''forget about it'' in Haitian Creole, was the first single off his new EP Soap Opera. “Bliye Sa” was co-produced by the exceptionally talented Juno award-winning musician Boogat.


Though he recorded the song in his Montreal Appartement during confinement, it was mixed in Mexico and mastered in Germany. Right before the pandemic hit our planet, he was blessed with the opportunity to shoot the video for this song in Brazil in collaboration with the incredible Sao Paulo-based director Gabriel Ranzani.

Lastly, Waahli has performed at the International festival Pop Montreal in 2020 and Afro Urban Festival in 2021. He also performed for music industry professionals at Global Toronto 2021 as a featured artist.
