Woolley is an artist based in Monaco and was born on February 5, 1962. After studying in Monaco, he went to Nice for two years of decorative arts, then to Paris where he worked as a decorator, stage manager, actor, draftsman, novelist, and painter1.

Woolley tried his hand at Art at the Arts Déco in Nice, then he became a decorator-scenographer, and finally a theater manager (lighting, decor, set) for Galabru, Lagerfeld, Gilibert, among others... He went on stage and will be an actor at the Théâtre du Fou in Nice for 10 years.


He was a decorator for a few years at the Monte Carlo opera, then in Paris, as well as a temporary worker at the French school of press officers in Paris (E.F.A.P) where he gave design/publishing courses (creation of logotype, charter graph and variations).

Woolley is a versatile artist, he is in turn a singer-songwriter (pop-rock) with the album SILLIS (2019), painter, novelist (6 novels). He writes and approaches film scripts, and directs two short films: 666 and EVE, selected and awarded.

We have seen three exhibitions of him, "Visual vibratory stridency" (abstract) at the Arches et Toiles gallery in Paris, "It's in my head and it screams when I fall asleep" at the Presbytery of Gorbio (06 ), and “Masques” at the A.J.M in Monaco. He also exhibits with the Sarasvati collective on various themes such as "The Passion of Christ", "Eroticism or the Oceans" (at the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, in partnership with the Prince Albert II Foundation). He is also the author of comics (4 published).
